Order Information

1. Postage, Packing and Delivery:
We charge 8 Eur incl. VAT for postage and packing. If the order is more than 150 Euros these charges will be dropped.

Our partner for items destined for Germany are generally dispatched by DPD. This assures a fast, reliable and direct delivery of your order.

Delivery will be on time. Usually it should not take longer than two to three days in Germany and one week within Europe.

We deliver worldwide. Please add custom fees for deliveries to Non-European countries.

2. Order Form:
- On the order form choose the goods, quantity, and colour. Click on 'into shopping basket'. You can now shop for more or proceed to check out. Once finished click on the symbol for the shopping cart.

3. Shopping basket:
Here you can modify you order and check if goods, quality and price is correctly displayed. Then click on 'check out' to terminate your order. Please note, we don't have an online payment system. You will receive an order confirmation email with the bank details for bank transfer payment.

4. Customer data:
- Provide your address data, required delivery date,  invoice and delivery address. You can also make special order comments to us. Now click on the 'check-out button' again and the order is sent to us. You will receive a confirmation email for your order. You can also print the order and send it per fax to us (+49 8807 9 497 399)

5. Payment:
Please pay only when you have received the order confirmation. There you find all payment details. We require advance payment if you are not a university. We accept payments with PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and bank transfer.

6. Return and Refund:
All our products are manufactured accorindg to the stringent Robe Acadademicus quality standards. However, if you wish to return goods to us, this is not a problem. We offer a 14 days money back guarantee.

You can cancel your contract any time within two weeks without giving the reason, by simply send back the goods. We refund the full amount of order. The two weeks period starts with the reception of this text but not before the reception of goods and also not before we have informed you acc. to article 246 § 2 BGB in connection with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB-InfoV and our duties acc to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in connection with aritcle 246 §3 EGBGB. No postage required. Please take care of the goods in the meantime and don't use them. If goods were visibly damaged by the customer, we can ask for compensation payments acc to § 357 Abs. 3 BGB. All question related to returns and refund, please direct to Robe Academicus GBR, (Bahnhofstr. 18, D-86911 Diessen a. A., Deutschland) per email (info(AT)robe-academicus.de). You can inform us about a refund by sending us an email, letter, fax, or simply send back the goods. The deadline for cancellation of order starts with re-sending the goods or sending us the information about the wish to refund the goods.

If the re-fund request is legally correct, we will refund your money. If you have used the goods, we might decrease the refund accordingly. This does not concern a use similar to trying the goods on in a shop. You can avoid any decrease in refund if you don't use the goods as if you were the legal owner and avoid any value decreasing use. Obligations and information are needed within the 30 days after your first declaration of your wish for refunding.

The terms and conditions for refund are not the same for specially tailored goods, such as university logos on the goods or specially coloured goods. As these goods are made to measure, a refund is only granted if the material is faulty (§312d BGB). If your request is correct, we fully refund your money. Please respect the legal deadlines for refunds. In case of translation differences, the German version of the rules for refunds will prevail.
